After a car was involved in a crash at Ohio 18 and Lafayette Road in Medina County, Medina County deputies arrested a 38-year-old Ashtabula man for fleeing and eluding, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under suspension.

Deputies tried to stop Gregory D. Belcher Jr. for a traffic violation on US 224 near milepost 35 in Summit County, but Belcher did not stop.
