Jack White Announces Surprise Show at Trees In Dallas

Jack White has announced a surprise show at Trees in Dallas on Tuesday, October 18.

The show was announced via the venue's social media pages with the caption "Jack White plays Trees 10.18.22." Tickets for the show go on sale at 10 a.m. on October 14.

This will be White's first show in Dallas since 2018, when he played two nights at the American Airlines Center on his Boarding House Reach tour.

White has been relatively quiet since the release of his latest album, "Fear of the Dawn," in April. He did play a handful of shows in support of the album, including a headlining set at Lollapalooza in Chicago.

The Trees show is likely to be a special one for fans, as it's a much more intimate venue than the American Airlines Center. Trees has a capacity of just over 600 people, so tickets are sure to go fast.

White is one of the most acclaimed and influential musicians of his generation. He first rose to prominence as the guitarist and vocalist of The White Stripes, one of the most successful and critically acclaimed bands of the 2000s.

Since The White Stripes broke up in 2011, White has released a number of solo albums and collaborated with a wide range of artists, including Loretta Lynn, Beck, and Neil Young.
