Kroger Honors Veterans with Special 10% Discount on Veterans Day

Kroger's Commitment to Veterans

Kroger, one of the nation's largest grocery retailers, is honoring veterans with a special 10% discount on Veterans Day, Friday, November 11, 2022. This discount is available to all veterans, active-duty military members, and their families at all Kroger stores nationwide.

Eligibility and Restrictions

To receive the discount, veterans and military members must present a valid military ID or proof of service at checkout. The discount applies to most grocery items, excluding alcohol, tobacco, and gift cards.

A Token of Appreciation

"We are grateful for the service and sacrifice of our veterans and military members," said Kroger CEO Rodney McMullen. "This discount is a small token of our appreciation for their dedication to our country."

Additional Ways to Honor Veterans

In addition to the Veterans Day discount, Kroger is also supporting veterans through its partnership with the USO. Kroger has donated more than $3 million to the USO since 2011 to support programs and services for military members and their families.
