More Than Two Dozen DFW Restaurants Honored at First-Ever Michelin Ceremony

Michelin Stars Awarded to 10 Restaurants

The first-ever Michelin Guide for Dallas-Fort Worth was unveiled on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, honoring more than two dozen restaurants in the region.

Ten restaurants were awarded Michelin stars, the highest honor bestowed by the prestigious culinary guide.

Uchi, the acclaimed sushi restaurant in the Design District, earned two stars, while nine other restaurants received one star each:

• Bullion
• Carte Blanche
• Gemma
• Kappo Uchi
• Otoko
• Pecan Lodge
• Revolver Taco Lounge
• The French Room
• Zweli

Bib Gourmands and Green Stars Awarded

In addition to the Michelin stars, 16 restaurants received Bib Gourmands, which recognize establishments that offer good food at a reasonable price.

Five restaurants were also awarded Green Stars for their commitment to sustainability, including:

• The Botanist
• Casa Enrique
• Ellerbe Fine Foods
• Harwood Arms
• Knife
