Ohio Amber Alert issued for missing 7-year-old

Authorities in Ohio have issued an Amber Alert for a missing 7-year-old girl who last seen walking home from school Wednesday afternoon.

Ava Proehl was last seen walking home from Madison Elementary School in Clayton, Ohio, at around 3:45 p.m. Wednesday. She is described as being 4 feet tall, weighing 60 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, blue jeans, and pink shoes.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is leading the investigation. They have set up a command post at the school and are using drones, K-9 units, and helicopters to search for Ava.
