O’Fallon AMBER Alert Issued For Missing Mother and Two Children

Authorities Seek Public's Help in Locating Endangered Family

Missouri State Highway Patrol has issued an AMBER Alert for a missing mother and her two young children from O'Fallon, Missouri.

The missing individuals are identified as 28-year-old Samantha L. Phillips, her 1-year-old daughter, Nariah M. Phillips, and her 3-year-old son, Kayden P. Phillips.

The family was last seen on December 9th, 2023, at approximately 11:00 AM, leaving their residence in O'Fallon. They were traveling in a white 2010 Chevrolet Malibu with Missouri license plate number KE6-E1D.

Authorities believe the children are in danger and may have been abducted by their non-custodial father, 34-year-old Kayden A. Phillips. He is described as a white male, approximately 6'0" tall, weighing 180 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol urges the public to be on the lookout for the missing family and the suspect's vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to call the O'Fallon Police Department at (636) 240-8122 or dial 911.
